After fermenting these wines separately, we realised they were meant to be together! The fruitines from the Spanish Cab Sauv and the acidity and elegance from the German Pinot Noir come together as a beautifully balanced, smooth and fruity summer sizzler. Lots of strawberry laces, raspberry and rhubarb. A match made in heaven.
