Get your order in before 12pm (Tues - Thurs), and if you live in mainland England, Scotland or Wales you should receive your order on the next working day. Unfortunately, sometimes there can be delays so please allow 72 hours for delivery. Delivery fees are tiered based on order value. For orders below £20 we pass on the full cost of postage & packaging and delivery is free on all orders over £60, see full breakdown below. Unfortunately we cannot ship outside of England, Scotland and Wales.

Click and Collect
If you choose "Pick Up" at checkout, you can come and pick-up your order from our store on Market Street, Stourbridge. If your order is placed within business hours it will normally be ready for collection within two hours but please wait for confirmation that your order is ready before trying to collect it. Collection is only available during normal opening hours, we may be able to arrange for collection outside of these hours, please contact customerservice@thehopvault.com if you need an out-of-hours collection.
Stash My Beer
Select "Pick Up" and add a note "Stash My Beer" at checkout and we'll reserve your beers for you. Place as many “build-a-box” orders as you like and when you're ready for them, just let us know by emailing customerservice@thehopvault.com and we'll ship them to you (note: shipping costs apply) or if you prefer, pop in and pick them up.
Returns
If something goes wrong with your order, send an email to customerservice@thehopvault.com and we'll do our best to put it right.
Missing Items
If for some reason we aren't able to fulfil your whole order we will try to contact you as soon as possible to arrange either a swap for a similar product or the removal of the product from the order. If we have been unable to contact you within 24 hours we will ship the order without the unavailable item and arrange a refund for difference.
