Grapes from Pfalz, Germany Wine Made in London TASTING NOTES Light-coloured and zingy with lime, apricot and peaches. VINIFICATION METHOD The grapes were pressed off the skins and cold settled for 24 hours. It was then inoculated with a yeast strain and fermented in stainless steel tanks for 10/15 days. It continued to age in stainless steel for 5 months before it was sterile filtered and bottled. This wine, like all our wines, is vegan friendly. They are made without the use of animal based winemaking products.
