We begin with the same starting point: an identical selection of hops...but this is where paths diverge and different stories unfold. Both breweries have employed their distinctive skills and expertise to craft these common ingredients into varying styles, exploring the realm of possibilities and wildly different consequences our actions can take: each beer a unique end from the same beginning. Brewed in collaboration with our good friends at Verdant. Finding unique character in the same varieties lies at the heart of hop selection & the lots we chose from Coleman Hops add expression & vibrancy to our recipes. Having first used Mac Hops’ Nectaron & Nelson just last summer, they never fail to impress & surprise. An abundance of all four varieties gives plenty to explore.
