Tropical mixed‑fermentation sour brewed with Golden Promise, wheat and local oats, aged four months with Brettanomyces, then refermented on over 200 g/L mango and pineapple plus 120 kg of organic Navelina oranges. Juicy, tart and funky with big citrus and tropical fruit, and the promise it’ll “get weirder” with age.
