NEIPA created in collaboration with Rascals Brewing Co from the outskirts of Dublin, we could think of nobody better to honour than the Patron Saint of Brewing herself - St. Brigid. Together we chose an oat-heavy malt bill, a strong combo of Azacca, El Dorado, Krush and Mosaic hops to ignite waves of ripe mango and pineapple, and London Fog yeast to delicately wrap everything in a soft, pillowy haze.
