A simple base wort, favouring clean lager and wheat malts. Solely fermented with native yeasts and bacteria from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir juice, in collaboration with our friends at Langham Wine Estate. A minimal intervention brew, harnessing the flavour profiles of the grapes grown on the Jurassic Coast. Vegan.
