ABV 5.5% - 750ml - Mixed Fermentation - £20.80
This blend, created by everyone that came to the blending session on our birthday weekend in June 2025, is a complex amalgamation of five barrels which used a high proportion of amber saison. This has brought nuanced layers of complexity comprising subtle golden syrup and bready malt as a counterpoint to the acidity and funky aged hop character and earthy minerality. It finishes with orange pith, soft bitterness and fruity funk.
