Unlike many seasonal festival beers, Augustiner Oktoberfest Bier is an official Oktoberfest beer, brewed exclusively in Munich and served in the famous Augustiner Festhalle during Oktoberfest. Although often referred to as an Oktoberfest beer, it is brewed in the Festbier style—lighter in colour than the traditional Märzen beers of the past, yet rich, smooth and exceptionally drinkable.
