Brewed with well water, Texas malted barley, oats and raw wheat, and fresh and aged hops. Fermented in stainless steel with our mixed culture. Refermented with black currants. Naturally conditioned through bottle/keg refermentation. Unfiltered/unpasteurized. 5.1% abv.
