Operation Genome [25.01] - Rivington

ABV 8% - 440ml - DIPA - £8.85

For this DIPA we took inspiration from our buddies at Rivington and started by employing a new malt bill of Heidelberg Pils and Château Wheat Blanc. Then topped it off with an insane dry hop consisting of our hand selected Citra, Krush and, new to us but a favourite at Rivy, Superdelic. A hop monster of a beer with all the best bits of a Rivington & Azvex beer.
