Stouts Out is an 8.4% whiskey barrel-aged stout, matured in ex-bourbon barrels from Jim Beam and Buffalo Trace, sourced from some friends on the North Coast. Filled in February and aged through to November, this beer has developed a deep, rich character with layers of dark chocolate, roasted malt, and vanilla oak. The barrel ageing brings a warming whiskey finish that perfectly complements the stout’s smooth, full body.
