For this Oude Geuze Cuvée Armand & Gaston, we blended one-, two- and five-year old lambik from three different barrels and four different brews. The weighted average age of this blend upon bottling is almost two years and nine months. Of the cereals used, about 56% was sourced in our own Cereal Collective.
