The "Black Madonna", our Allgäu stout. Bavarian brewing meets Irish beer style. It appears deep black in the glass. In the first taste fruity tart. It creates a dry mouthfeel on the tongue. The finish on the palate is hot and sparkling. Brewed in a special brewing process using a special roasted barley. Hoped intensely with Hallertauer Nugget from Hopfenbauer Ziegelmaier, Attenhofen. Fermented with its own ale yeast.
