Mule Kick is our house New England IPA. V4 is brewed with a heavy grist of Oats and Wheat that bring a silky soft mouthfeel, hopped lightly in the kettle with Cascade before a large dry hop of Centennial & Cascade mid fermentation. Vermont yeast also adds to the tropical flavours saturated throughout this beer. Version 4 we've given Centennial the staring role.
