Bourbon barrel aged Chocolate & Cherry Imperial Stout. Back in July, we had the pleasure of brewing up a monster imperial stout with Damian from Emperor's Brewery. With plenty of sour cherry purée, cacao nibs, 150kg of muscavado sugar, and aged in Heaven Hill Distillery bourbon barrels.
